Saxo Markets appoints Manish Prasad as Head of Asset Management for Asia Pacific
Saxo Markets, the online trading and investment specialist, has announced the appointment of Manish Prasad as Head of Asset Management, Asia Pacific (APAC).
Based in Sydney, Australia, Prasad will work closely with the teams in other APAC markets, including Singapore and Hong Kong, as well as with teams based in Copenhagen, to bring Saxo’s upcoming asset management offerings to the region.
Saxo Markets has established itself in the APAC region as a trusted and well-regulated online trading and investment specialist. In line with Saxo’s vision to enable people to fulfil their financial aspirations and make an impact, asset management will be a space in which the firm will look to offer its leading digital services.
Prasad is a wealth management and financial advisory specialist, with more than a decade of experience in financial services. Prior to joining Saxo, Prasad was the Chief Executive Officer of leading fintech, Ignition Advice. He was also a Director of Wealth and Asset Management at KPMG, where he led national business development and service delivery to the wealth management sector, including ‘for profit’ and ‘for member’ funds and asset managers.
