Definition
A formula that examines the price variation of financial instruments over time. It is often used to determine the price levels of European call options. The formula takes into consideration the factors influencing the price of a call option, including the price of the underlying asset, the exercise price of the option, the interest rate, and the time remaining before the option's expiration date.
