Get everything you need in one account

There a minimum funding of $5000 required when opening an account.

If you want to qualify for a higher account tier (lower prices and better service), you can do so with a minimum funding of a certain value.

That depends on the account type you open.

For an individual account, these are the documents you’ll need to provide:

1. A document as proof of identity (e.g., a passport, ID card) and a selfie.
2. A document as proof of residence

Most sign-ups for individual accounts are approved digitally within a short time. However, since we cannot compromise on security checks, the process can take longer.

Open an account

First, create an account. Once you’re logged in:

1. Click on the main menu on the top right (web/desktop) or bottom right (mobile app)
2. Under the Deposits and transfers heading, click Portfolio transfer
3. Follow the prompts in the pop-up window to start your transfer request

As long as the list below is complete, to close your account, just open the main menu on the top right of the platform and select Close my account.

You’ll follow the prompts to submit your closure request. Once submitted, you can no longer trade, and we’ll let you know once your account is closed.

• Fund your account to cover any negative balance, if applicable
