We are happy to let you know that we’ve added Greeks, as well as a risk graph, to trade tickets related to both exchange-traded options and FX options.
As is evident below, you will be able to find both in the “details” section of the trade ticket, which is just below the “Place order” button. Here, you’ll see that instead of one tab, there are now three clickable tabs named “Trading,” “Greeks,” and “Risk graph”.The first tab is the information you’ve been used to seeing about trade fees, available margin, option premium, etc. The second tab, “Greeks,” gives you access to a host of risk management figures, such as Delta, Gamma, Theta, and Vega figures, which are used to measure the sensitivity of an option’s price. The final tab gives you a risk graph that indicates the breakeven price, gross profit or loss.
The new features enable you to have a better overview of some of the risk management figures you should be aware of before investing in options. The information is available on the platform already. Remember to make sure you understand how options work before you invest in options.
