Saxo Capital Markets HK Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Saxo Bank A/S. Saxo Bank A/S is a privately owned company. Geely Financials Denmark A/S, a subsidiary of Zhejiang Geely Holding Group Co., Ltd, owns 49.88 percent of the shares of Saxo Bank. Saxo Bank Founder and CEO Kim Fournais owns 28.41 percent of the Bank’s shares, while Mandatum, a leading Nordic financial services group, owns 19.83 percent of the shares. The remaining 1.88 percent shares are held by minority shareholders including a number of current and former employees of the Bank.
