Join our Outrageous Predictions 2024 competition

Every year Saxo unveils new Outrageous Predictions for the coming year, and this year we are back with 8 predictions. Some of you may have your own predictions for how the global economy will change in 2024, so now we’re inviting you to submit a 9th Outrageous Prediction for 2024 and enter our competition for a chance to appear on a Saxo Market Call podcast with Ole Hansen, Head of Commodity Strategy and Peter Garnry, Head of Equity Strategy on Thursday 14 December.

Terms and conditions
The competition runs from 20 November 2023 to 11 December 2023. On 12 December 2023, a winner will be drawn randomly from among all entries*. The prize is the opportunity to participate in a Saxo podcast to discuss Saxo’s Outrageous Predictions for 2024 and the winning submission. You must be a Saxo client to enter the competition and submit a 9th Outrageous Prediction.

The winner will be informed by Saxo via email within 24 hours of the closing date and must reply within 24 hours upon being informed by Saxo to claim the prize. Saxo will seek to provide the email in a timely manner, and it is the winner’s responsibility to check spam filters. The date of the podcast is the 14th of December 2023, which cannot be changed, and will likely take place in the evening (SGT). If you are drawn as the winner, you are not required to participate, but your participation in the podcast cannot be transferred to another person. The prize has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for an alternative prize.

By submitting a 9th Outrageous Prediction, you agree to let Saxo use the 9th Prediction in any marketing material communicated on any of Saxo’s social media channels, platforms, or websites, as well as mentioning the winner’s name in a social media announcement post and on the Saxo’s podcast (if the winner participates).

The podcast will be held and recorded in Saxo (Copenhagen, Denmark), and the winner will dial in via online teleconference. Clients wishing to participate are reminded to consider the impact of the time difference between their respective regions.

The competition is issued by Saxo Capital Markets Pte. Ltd. (“Saxo Markets”). In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any marketing or promotional material relating to the Outrageous Predictions 2024 competition, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. Saxo Markets may, at its discretion, vary, amend, delete and / or add on to any of these Terms and Conditions, including, but not limited to, terminating this competition at any time without giving any reason or prior notice or assuming any liability to any clients.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and any dispute arising in relation to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

*The winning prediction must comply with any rules and regulations under which Saxo Markets is regulated, and any such rules, regulations and policies applicable to Saxo Markets and its clients, including but not limited to, the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and Disclaimer available at Saxo Markets website here (as may be amended from time to time), and if the prediction does not meet our legal requirements, a new winner will be drawn.
